This is a small selection of shorts that I wrote, produced and directed while studying filmmaking and also on my own. They deal with issues such as family relationships, death, fears and insecurities, independency and freedom, among others. I make films because I believe that it's a way to discover what lies within our human nature, in order to meditate about how we carry our lives and how we can make them better. I think it's important to understand that as long as we have something deep to show to the world, all of us can become a filmmaker, especially because being one isn't related to a title or a diploma, but related to our own ability of building a deep message, sending it and making it possible for others to receive it in a way that achieves a positive change. This should all be remembered due to the fact that a real filmmaker isn't defined by big productions, huge cameras or sophisticated equipments.
