Ever since I can remember, I've been drawing, painting and sculpting. As a child, I was a huge fan of japanese animation tv shows such as Captain Tsubasa and Saint Seiya. These 2 shows were the starting point in my passion for drawing japanese animation looking characters.
Here you can find a small collection of my drawings and sketches from 1989 till 2007. It's clear to appreciate the evolution of the way I have been drawing throughout all of these years. I really enjoy portraying the female beauty as a woman who is completely confident about her body and feels good about her own nudity, no matter the shape or look. This is an important subject to me, since we live in a society where women are constantly being worried about their own appearance especially due to The Concept of Beauty that mass media keeps forcing them to take as a fact. These drawings, which are mostly nudes, are meant to be seen as "natural heroines" and some of them are my own tribute to the influence of manga divas such as Go Nagai's Cutey Honey and Anno Hideaki's Neon Genesis Evangelion animation characters Rei Ayanami & Asuka Langley.
My latest drawings deal with issues such as the effect of certain addictions in our society and they also depict my own interpretation of well known classic scenes. I've been also working on sculpting some of my own work and I hope to be posting those over here as well.
